Also advises corporate clients in the commercial/corporate and real estate fields.
Advising national and multinational corporate clients in civil, criminal and corporate litigation, including injunctions, contractual and non-contractual liability actions, avoidance actions, preference actions, eviction actions, claims, unfair competition, criminal proceedings, as well as actions for the calling of general meetings and judicial enquiries.
Advising corporate clients on corporate restructuring, including special restructuring processes, insolvency and judicial liquidation of financial entities.
Advising companies in different business sectors in the areas of commercial/corporate law and real estate.
Advising a national aviation company on the sale of aircraft.
